    Does your puppy need some direction? Cute and adorable as they are-they just sometimes have difficulty listening and bad habits continue! This six week course is designed for puppies aged 10-24 weeks old. Your puppy will socialize off-leash with other puppies and people. Exercises include Name Recognition, Touch, Sit, Drop It, Down, Off, Gotcha, Come, Agility, and Pass the Puppy. Discussion topics include puppy development, house-training, chewing, grooming, play-biting, reading puppies' body language, building confidence, and extensive socialization outside of the class.     Glow Night returns for a third year! Celebrate the end of February and join us for an evening of fun in the indoor pool and swim away the winter blues. We will have water games planned and the lights down low. Plan on tossing a water balloon, diving for pennies or just racing in the Lazy River. The parents can enjoy the spa while the kids are entertained. Cost is $5/person and members are free. Everyone has to register even if you are a GRRC member to make sure we don't have to turn people away due to the capacity of our indoor pool. Deadline for registration is February 22!

    Not quite ready for personal training? Take part in this 12 week program for all ages and fitness levels. It’s not just a weight loss program, it is also a program to tone and build muscle. The base plan includes two one hour workout sessions each week. Base + Extra Day adds one additional weekly workout totaling three sessions each week.     Our swimmers continue to build on the basic skills learned in Level 1 in the Level 2 class. The student will become more confident and be able to swim short distances by themselves. Students in this class should be very comfortable going under the water. Emphasis in this class is on learning to float without support, alternating arms and leg actions on front and back along with rotary breathing.   22. Tidal Waves

    Jump in, float, and swim! Children will continue to build upon the skills introduced in Big Ripples and become more proficient in their swimming abilities. Children in Tidal Waves should be comfortable with their face in the water and be independent. This class is designed for a 4-5 year old who is confident in the water and not a beginner. They will learn arm strokes and kicking with freestyle and back stroke and be introduced to rotary breathing. To pass this class a child must be able to float on their back and stomach independently. Water safety is highly emphasized in this class and discussed at every opportunity. Children will move directly to Level 2 after completion of this course.

    Ride to the rhythm of the music for a healthier body, mind and spirit! Come to class tired and leave energized! You will be riding to Rock n Roll, Blues, Pop and Contemporary music, for the best cardio workout you can achieve! Experienced cyclist are encouraged to come inside out of the elements for a premium cardio workout.     Celebrate your child's independence in the water. This is the first class that children participate in the lesson without a caregiver.     Now you're really a swimmer! Swimmers in this class are very confident and comfortable in the water. Dolphin kick and breast stroke are introduced but there is a lot of emphasis on rotary breathing and being able to swim the distance of our lap lane without stopping. By the time a participant passes this level they will have achieved basic water competency skills according to the new American Red Cross standards. Safety lessons become more in depth and cover more topics.

    Ride to the rhythm of the music for a healthier body, mind and spirit! Come to class tired and leave energized! You will be riding to Rock n Roll, Blues, Pop and Contemporary music, for the best cardio workout you can achieve! Your instructor is fun, energetic and ready to help guide you to your next fitness level. All fitness levels are welcome; beginners are encouraged to start here. Experienced cyclist are encouraged to come inside out of the elements for a premium cardio workout. Rhythm Riders will be training with intervals, hill rides, mountain climbs, flat sprints, attack sprints, and other challenging exercises. Please bring your own water and towel for class. 6 week course.
